Hey everyone, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 16.2%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
