Working in Elkins -salaries realistic?

Hey, I'm originally from Boston and Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. Median household income is $47,746, which feels on the lower side for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? TIA!
