Elsa in the winter -how bad?

Anyone else feel this way? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

What's it really like living in Elsa?

Been meaning to ask this. Been living here since 2013. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Thinking about relocating to Elsa from Cleveland

Alright, It's a a small town city with about 5,688 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development.
