How much do you pay for rent in Enochville?

Curious what people think. Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 19.7%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $1,088 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from San Diego about 6 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are reasonable, gas is underrated.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. Definitely worth checking out..
