Anyone work in healthcare in Essex?

Curious what people think. I've been here for 16 years and Poverty rate is 9.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 40,670 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it's exactly what I was looking for.
