Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and The median home value here is around $137,400, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
