Anyone regret moving to Eufaula?

OK so I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $45,550, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Eufaula sits at 567.0 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
