Dog-friendly places in Evanston?

So, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 76,552, Evanston is a smaller city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned?

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great sushi places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
