Fair Oaks Ranch is underrated, change my mind
First post here. We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $168,309 in Fair Oaks Ranch. With a population of 10,630, Fair Oaks Ranch is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community
Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Hot summers
- Limited nightlife
- Limited dining options
What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
