Fair Oaks Ranch is underrated, change my mind

First post here. We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $168,309 in Fair Oaks Ranch. With a population of 10,630, Fair Oaks Ranch is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Diverse community
- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Hot summers
- Limited nightlife
- Limited dining options
What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
