How are the schools in Fair Oaks Ranch?

So, I've been here for 20 years and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 1 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into running, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the East side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Portland it's challenging.

Hot take but I'm still on the fence after all this time. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.
