Moving to Fair Oaks Ranch -what should I know?

I'm retired and Household incomes average around $168,309 in Fair Oaks Ranch. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Fair Oaks Ranch? Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
