Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Homes are going for about $267,000 on average. Rent is about $1,095/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up.
