Co-working spaces in Findlay?

I work in retail and Homes are going for about $183,300 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here?

I work in engineering here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is excellent. No regrets on my end..

Bought a house here in 2019 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 8 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Sunset area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
