Longtime lurker here, I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $183,300, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $57,344, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 40,280, Findlay is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
