The good and bad of living in Findlay
Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $917 for rent here. Rent is about $917/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

- Diverse community
- Lots of new development

- Sprawl everywhere
- Limited dining options
