What surprised you most about Findlay?
First post here. I'm a 55-year-old pharmacist and Rent is about $917/month for a decent place. With a population of 40,280, Findlay is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $183,300, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
