Is Firthcliffe good for remote workers?

First post here. Just moved here 9 months ago and Homes are going for about $345,700 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs?

Best apartments in Firthcliffe under ?

Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $98,801, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. TIA!
