Just moved to Firthcliffe, any tips?

Hey, Been living here since 2023. Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Firthcliffe sits at 1,448.3 per 100K. Median household income is $98,801, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,730 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Korean places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The food scene is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 3 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
