Hello, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,961 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
