Biggest downsides of living in Florence?

I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The cost of living is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
