Biggest downsides of living in Florence?
I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated.

Housing market in Florence right now
Random thought, I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $1,247 for rent here. Rent is about $1,247/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
