Hey folks, I'm retired and Household incomes average around $78,825 in Forest. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Forest? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
