Best areas to explore in Fort Covington?

Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $820 for rent here. Poverty rate is 9.5%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated.
