Best areas to explore in Fort Covington?

Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $820 for rent here. Poverty rate is 9.5%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much affordable but now it's challenging.

I'm a software engineer and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

Bought a house here in 2022 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
