Hi all, Median household income is $59,121, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 11,521 people. With a population of 11,521, Fort Morgan is a small town. Rent is about $1,074/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. Thanks! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
