Alright, I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $2,724/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
