Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $464,300 on average. With a population of 25,843, Fort Washington is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think?

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,843 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.
