Things Fountain Hills needs to improve

Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 23,768 people. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
