Curious what people think. I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Fountain Hills sits at 458.6 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 23,768 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts?

Hello, Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $1,781 for rent here. With a population of 23,768, Fountain Hills is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
