Random thought, I work in manufacturing and Household incomes average around $72,021 in Fountain Inn. Crime rate is something to consider -Fountain Inn sits at 433.7 per 100K. With a population of 11,307, Fountain Inn is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

I work in real estate here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is decent. No regrets on my end..

Bought a house here in 2023 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good healthcare facilities
- The school system scene is average
The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Bugs and humidity in summer
Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- The healthcare scene is hit or miss
The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Seattle it's tough.
