I'm a 33-year-old chef and Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks for reading. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
