What I wish I knew before living in French Valley

Crime rate is something to consider -French Valley sits at 62.7 per 100K. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance!

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Highland area are solid. Kids love it here.
