What to expect moving to Fussels Corner?

Hey everyone, My partner and I are Rent is about $778/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned?

Best companies to work for in Fussels Corner?

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
