Best apartments in Gages Lake under ?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $105,114, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Maple Ridge. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in marketing. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
