Quick question about Galesburg

OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 29,653 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Asian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Bought a house here in 2015 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
