Germantown Hills is underrated, change my mind

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Germantown Hills sits at 56.8 per 100K. Median household income is $141,719, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
