Been living here since 2024. Median household income is $250,001, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
