Housing market in Glens Falls right now
Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $195,800 on average. Appreciate any input.

I've lived in North for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Close to major attractions
- The job market scene is excellent
The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited entertainment options
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. No regrets on my end..
