Golden Glades job market vs Memphis

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this?

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Pine Hills area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
