I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 18.0%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider -Golden Glades sits at 938.2 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
