Median household income is $114,435, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Austin it's better than expected.

I've lived in Westside for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- The weather scene is hit or miss
The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited entertainment options
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
