OK so We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Just moved here 16 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Golden Valley sits at 82.1 per 100K. Rent is about $1,815/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.
