Granbury is underrated, change my mind

First post here. We have two kids and The median home value here is around $278,700, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Granbury sits at 241.8 per 100K. With a population of 11,665, Granbury is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 7 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is solid in most areas.
