Working in Granbury -salaries realistic?

Hi all, Been living here since 2019. You can expect to pay around $1,387 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2024 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
