How much do you pay for rent in Grandview?

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $127,537 in Grandview. Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Definitely worth checking out..
