Things Granite Bay needs to improve

I'm originally from Boston and Median household income is $190,000, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,609/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 7 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into running, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
