OK so I'm a 30-year-old pharmacist and Crime rate is something to consider -Grants sits at 548.3 per 100K. Homes are going for about $123,600 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
