Random thought, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Phoenix it's pretty good.
