Random thought, I'm single, late 20s, and It's a a small town city with about 14,596 people. Rent is about $744/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to.
