What to expect moving to Green Valley?

Hey everyone, The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Green Valley sits at 33.1 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to.

I'm a chef and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.
